La instalaci\u00f3n producir\u00e1 de manera clim\u00e1ticamente neutra una parte sustancial del vapor requerido por los procesos de mayor demanda energ\u00e9tica de la planta.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El sistema reducir\u00e1 las emisiones de CO\u2082 en la planta de Hamburgo en unas 4600 toneladas m\u00e9tricas al a\u00f1o, lo que supone aproximadamente el 20 % de las emisiones relacionadas con la planta seg\u00fan los datos de referencia de 2018. Este modelo energ\u00e9tico puede transferirse de forma flexible a otras plantas de producci\u00f3n con un alto consumo energ\u00e9tico, especialmente en la industria qu\u00edmica, as\u00ed como en la fabricaci\u00f3n de papel y el procesado de alimentos. tesa y ENERGYNEST ya est\u00e1n evaluando la implantaci\u00f3n de este concepto en otros centros de producci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>La producci\u00f3n energ\u00e9ticamente intensiva se al\u00eda con la electrificaci\u00f3n inteligente<\/strong><\/p><p>La planta de tesa en Hamburgo fabrica cintas adhesivas de alto rendimiento para las industrias electr\u00f3nica, automovil\u00edstica, gr\u00e1fica y papelera. Los procesos de secado y recuperaci\u00f3n de disolventes requieren elevados vol\u00famenes de calor de proceso y vapor, que hasta ahora se generaban principalmente a partir de combustibles f\u00f3siles.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Un elemento clave para la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica es la electrificaci\u00f3n de la generaci\u00f3n de vapor: el sistema power-to-heat de 10 MW de potencia con almacenamiento de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica de 40 MWh de ENERGNEST permite convertir la electricidad procedente de fuentes renovables en vapor a alta temperatura y disponer de \u00e9l en diferentes momentos operativos. Esto permite cubrir alrededor de dos tercios de la demanda anual de vapor de la planta de una manera clim\u00e1ticamente neutra, flexible y compatible con la red.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La instalaci\u00f3n de almacenamiento t\u00e9rmico consta de 24 m\u00f3dulos en los que el calor se almacena en tuber\u00edas de hormig\u00f3n y se transporta mediante aceite t\u00e9rmico, garantizando una liberaci\u00f3n fiable del calor durante horas despu\u00e9s de la carga. La planta est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para una vida \u00fatil de al menos 25 a\u00f1os y se caracteriza por un funcionamiento que requiere muy poco mantenimiento.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Compatible con la red, econ\u00f3mico y escalable<\/strong><\/p><p>El sistema de almacenamiento t\u00e9rmico permite aprovechar de forma selectiva la electricidad excedente y de bajo coste procedente de energ\u00edas renovables, as\u00ed como adaptar de manera flexible la adquisici\u00f3n de electricidad respecto a los precios de mercado, las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y el nivel de carga de la red el\u00e9ctrica. Un sistema de control asistido por IA integra la instalaci\u00f3n power\u2011to\u2011heat, la generaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica y e\u00f3lica, adem\u00e1s de otras medidas de eficiencia, en un sistema integrado, inteligente y plenamente coordinado.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00abEste proyecto demuestra que la producci\u00f3n industrial clim\u00e1ticamente neutra ya es factible hoy en d\u00eda, tanto desde el punto de vista tecnol\u00f3gico como econ\u00f3mico y de escalabilidad\u00bb, afirma la Dra.
